Who can purchase the plan?
The plan can be purchased in connection to any regularly priced qualifying iPhone or iPad screen repair. No coupons allowed.

Can corporate customers receive this plan since they get a discount?
Yes, corporate customers may utilize this plan. That is the only exception to the rule.

When can I purchase a Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan?
You may purchase these plans at the point of sale when you are getting a screen repair or at any point within the free 30-day period where you have paid full regular price for a screen repair, and have not already cracked that screen.

Does this plan cover any other repair needs?
No, only cracked screens repairs.

Can I purchase this plan in connection to any other repair on a qualifying iPhone or iPad – like a battery replacement or accessory purchase?
No, this offer is only valid in connection with a cracked screen repair.

Can I renew this plan?
Yes, (1) renewal only.

You may also purchase (1) renewal plan after utilizing our Free Plan or after you have received a replacement on a purchased plan.

The OOPS PLAN allows for (2) damage events or screen replacements before you must pay full regular price in order to continue with plan. If you do not buy a protection plan and break your screen within 30 days and pay the deductible for the replacement screen that is (1) event. In addition, if you then buy a protection plan for that replacement screen and break that screen within the term of that plan that is the (2nd) event or replacement and you will not be eligible to buy another plan without first paying full regular price for a screen repair.

If I do not buy a plan, but I break my screen within 30-days and I pay the deductible for a new screen, does that new screen come with another free 30-day plan?
No, that replaced screen is not protected without the additional purchase of a protection plan.

Can I add this plan to all of my qualifying Apple devices without them being present?
No, this plan is not available without first paying for a regularly priced screen repair.

Can this plan be refunded?
Yes, on a prorated basis based on the remaining days left on your plan.
