I appreciate all that they did to diagnose and fix the issue with my HTC One M8, all at a very reasonable price. I was willing to pay at least double what they charged me. I broke the screen on my galaxy, did not want to replace the phone. Took it to the Green Oaks store to check on repair. The people there were great, they quoted me a fair price, and repaired the phone in a very reasonable time. Phone looked great when i picked it up. The people were the best to work with. Thank you for saving me TIME AND MONEY!!! My father is old school and uses a flip phone. He isn't interested in any perks and couldn't get anyone to fix his phone. Very friendly personnel. They fixed the phone while I waited. I had to take a call before they could make the repair. I apologized to them but it was a birthday wish phone call from my daughter who lives out of town. They were so kind to offer me a birthday discount :). I'm impressed!!! My daughter had dropped her I-pad II and broke the screen. We were told over the phone it would take about 3 hours to fix, but when they saw it was more than just the screen they told us they would have to keep it till Monday. My daughter really needed it for school. We dropped it off about 1:30 P.M. on Saturday and they were already calling about 3:00 P.M. Wow!!! When they say fix it fast, they mean fix it fast!! now my daughter will have her I-Pad for school on Monday. Thanks Fix it Fast!

I would like to comment on the great customer service I always receive when I go to the Arlington/Green Oaks location. Although I am a repeat customer to this location, my last visit was the best. I took my phone in to have the Charger Port replaced. I handed my phone over and plainly stated that I needed the charger port replaced. They could’ve easily said “ok” and replaced the port and made a little bit of money off of me. Instead, they said give us a minute, took my phone to the back, and promptly came back and said here you go it works now! They simply cleaned the port for me at NO Charge. This is why I ALWAYS recommend this particular location to my friends and family whenever they need any of their portable electronics looked at.

GOOD EXPERIENCE
Wanted to pass on a very GOOD EXPERIENCE with Fix it Fast repair. The port on the back of my Garmin was damaged and I took it to Bust Buy, where I purchased it. They could not repair it so I had to buy a new one, $216. However one of the "Geek Squad" guys mentioned Fix it Fast. Took my old Garmin to them and they fixed it in 30 minutes for $20. Took the new Garmin back to Best Buy and got my $216 refunded. The owner of Fix it Fast was there, speaking to an advertising rep, and basically they will look at any kind of electronic device...I-Pad, GPS, CELL PHONES, etc.... If you think you have to purchase a new "anything", give Fix it Fast a chance....and by the way, I am not affiliated with nor stand to make any gains from this email...we all need to know about good services.
